Senior Associate SAP BASIS – Enterprise Apps – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on SAP BASIS consulting across a range of SAP applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain SAP systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, PI/PO and Solution Manager.
• Execute SAP kernel upgrades, support pack upgrades, enhancement packages and system refreshes.
• Manage SAP profiles, parameters, instance configuration and client administration (creation, copy, deletion, transport routes).
• Design and manage SAP landscapes (DEV, QA, UAT, PRD) and configure the Transport Management System (STMS).
• Monitor and troubleshoot transport issues and coordinate release planning with functional teams.
• Perform performance monitoring and tuning using tools like ST02, ST03, ST06, DBACOCKPIT and CCMS.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level professional with solid experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and implement appropriate SAP solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and guide clients through system changes.
