Senior Associate – Renewable Energy Advisory (Gurgaon)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Renewable Energy and Utility Transformation advisory team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on helping clients develop and implement strategies for climate change mitigation, energy efficiency and the transition to a low‑carbon economy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and assess greenhouse‑gas emission profiles.
• Develop and deliver advisory solutions on renewable energy, energy efficiency and utility transformation.
• Support the design of low‑carbon strategies and implementation road‑maps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges from strategy to execution.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and recommendations aligned with sustainability goals.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability or a related field.
• Relevant experience in consulting, energy, or sustainability projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
