Senior Associate – PMO/Project Coordinator – Digital Integration

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata, focusing on digital integration projects. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and deliver innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, information and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
• Support end‑to‑end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Maintain project documentation such as plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes and trackers.
• Provide data‑driven decision support through project analytics and post‑implementation reviews.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, vendors and leadership.
• Build and maintain RACI matrices and monitor progress to proactively identify risks.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in project coordination or PMO functions.
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and leadership.
• Focus on aligning project deliverables with business objectives.
