Senior Associate – PMO/Project Coordinator – Digital Integration

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata, focusing on digital integration projects. You will work within a vibrant community of solvers, applying both technical knowledge and creative thinking to drive digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, information, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Support end‑to‑end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and trackers.
• Provide data‑driven insights through project analytics and maintain lessons‑learned repositories.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Build and maintain RACI matrices and proactively identify and escalate risks or issues.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with solid experience in project coordination or PMO functions.
• Proven ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Strong alignment with business objectives and delivery of project outcomes.
