Senior Associate – Oracle HCM Absence & Time & Labor

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the HCM – Absence & Time & Labor practice at PwC’s Acceleration Center India, you will deliver consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications. You will work closely with clients to analyse requirements, implement solutions and provide training to optimise HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and implement Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise HR processes and enhance talent management.
• Develop and customise applications using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Manage Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management modules to streamline workforce management.
• Conduct business analysis to identify process‑improvement opportunities and support strategic HR planning.
• Lead project management activities, including budgeting and workforce planning.
• Apply analytical thinking to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM consulting or related HR technology roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
