Vice President - Process Trainer

About the role

The Vice President – Process Trainer will lead the onboarding and capability development of new colleagues within the Unsecured Credit Assessment team. This senior position focuses on building a highly professional and efficient banking workforce in Australia while supporting continuous improvement and customer‑centric outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver induction workshops, process uplift sessions and policy refreshers.
• Accredit unsecured lending colleagues and provide ongoing 1‑to‑1 and group coaching.
• Mentor staff, manage professional development plans and maintain effective feedback loops with operational managers.
• Support leaders with process confirmations, quality evaluations and insights from the Quality Assurance team.
• Coordinate rollout of process changes, conduct post‑implementation reviews and ensure adherence.
• Monitor daily call performance, collaborate with voice coaches and develop improvement plans.
• Drive a customer‑centric culture, resolve errors at point of detection and manage capacity to meet SLA targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, coaching and mentorship within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of unsecured credit assessment processes and related policies.
• Ability to analyse performance data, provide actionable feedback and influence team performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
