Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion Technical

About the role

PWC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Associate to help organisations leverage Oracle technologies for digital transformation. You will work with clients across finance, human capital, supply chain, analytics and GRC to implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development on Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementations.
• Deliver at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations end‑to‑end.
• Design and maintain database structures for ERP/Oracle Cloud environments.
• Develop BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI loads and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in the full software development life‑cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and advise clients on innovative solutions.

Required profile

• 8‑13 years of experience as a technical developer on Oracle ERP/Fusion projects.
• Completed at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Degree in BTech, MTech, MBA or related field.
• Proven ability to work on project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, project managers and team members.
