Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion Finance (Advisory)

About the role

PwC’s Business Application Consulting team is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Oracle Fusion Finance practice in Bengaluru. You will work on Oracle Financials implementations, helping clients optimise financial processes and adapt to changing business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Lead or support end‑to‑end finance transformation projects.
• Provide training and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum one full‑cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing experience.
