Senior Associate III – Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management

About the role

Alcon is looking for a Senior Associate III to lead surgical general field sales and account management. The position is open to both internal Alcon employees, contingent workers, and external candidates, with a clear preference for internal applicants such as current Account Managers. The role will focus on promoting Alcon’s surgical general portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Candidates will be expected to work closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical general products across the assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage and grow key accounts by providing excellent service, addressing customer needs, and fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that support overall business goals.

Required profile

• Current Alcon employee or contingent worker may apply through the internal career site; external candidates are also welcome.
• Internal candidates, particularly those already working as Account Managers, are preferred for this role.
