Senior Associate – Guidewire Developer (Insurance)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Guidewire practice in Pune. You will help insurance clients modernise their core systems by designing, developing, and enhancing solutions built on the Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The role combines technology strategy, architecture, and hands‑on software development to deliver competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmaps and architecture for Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to apply Guidewire Accelerators, ASPEN, and BANFF tools.
• Use Guidewire Studio and related editors to build and customise insurance solutions.
• Design and implement integrations, data models, and workflows across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Ensure code quality and performance using Java and Gosu.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience with Guidewire implementations in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Proven ability to work with large client data sets and compliance requirements.
