Senior Associate – Generative AI (GenAI)

About the role

At PwC’s Advisory practice, the Senior Associate will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for clients. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn AI concepts into production‑ready platforms that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and lead end‑to‑end GenAI solutions, including multi‑agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots and workflow automation platforms.
• Define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps and implementation plans together with clients.
• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and governance policies.
• Build scalable AI platforms using cloud‑native services and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and conduct architecture and design reviews for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of technology experience, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI or LLM engineering.
• Proven ability to lead AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
• Strong communication skills to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
