Senior Associate – Generative AI Engineer (Tax Technology)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate Generative AI Engineer to join its Tax Technology team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on building and deploying cutting‑edge generative AI solutions that support content creation, document processing, code generation and other tax‑related use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement generative AI models and pipelines aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and tax experts to translate research into practical solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality AI solutions on schedule and within cost constraints.
• Maintain and optimise existing AI services, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep learning concepts and generative model techniques.
• Large language model (LLM) frameworks such as LangChain and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with vector databases and token management.
