SAP PMO Manager – Enterprise Applications Advisory (Gurgaon)

About the role

At PwC, business application consultants help clients optimise operational efficiency through SAP solutions. As a SAP PMO Manager you will lead governance, reporting and delivery across multiple SAP modules for enterprise advisory projects in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for SAP project governance and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project management frameworks aligned with SAP project requirements.
• Track and report project performance metrics including cost, schedule, scope, resource utilization, and risks.
• Coordinate schedules, timelines, and deliverables across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and BW.
• Facilitate status meetings, prepare dashboards and executive presentations.
• Assist in resource planning and optimise utilisation across SAP projects.
• Identify risks and work with teams to implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain documentation including charters, plans, business requirements, test plans and issue logs.
• Support change management, stakeholder communication and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor budget management and financial tracking for SAP projects.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience in SAP PMO or SAP project management roles.
• Relevant degree such as BTech, MBA, MCA or MTech.
