Senior Associate – Generative AI – Emerging Business Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions within its Emerging Business Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will work at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI research and real‑world business transformation, creating APIs, micro‑services and autonomous workflows that drive value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications, APIs and micro‑services for enterprise clients.
• Design and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced search architectures to ground large language models on proprietary data.
• Build multi‑agent systems and autonomous workflows using orchestration frameworks to automate complex business processes.
• Integrate commercial and foundational models via cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and Google Cloud Vertex AI/Model Garden.
• Implement Responsible AI guardrails, including content moderation, data‑privacy controls and ethical guidelines.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance (latency, accuracy, bias, drift, cost) and continuously improve deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing AI‑driven solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of large language models, RAG techniques and AI‑enabled automation.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and ability to embed safety and compliance measures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a client‑focused environment.
