Senior Associate – Finance Transformation – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance Transformation Advisory team in Mumbai. You will help clients improve financial performance, decision‑making and operational efficiency through strategic finance solutions and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map processes, define controls and recommend technology‑enabled solutions.
• Design and implement performance‑management frameworks, KPIs and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning initiatives.
• Document process maps, RACI matrices, SLAs and conduct time‑and‑motion studies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and associated risks.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
