Senior Associate – Employee Central (SAP Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering Employee Central solutions across large, multi‑country projects, helping clients optimise their HR processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central workstream for complex, multi‑country implementations.
• Conduct design workshops and gather requirements from international or domestic customers.
• Configure core Employee Central modules including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life‑Cycle Events, Time Off and Benefits.
• Create and manage absence time types and time account types, and enable time‑off master data assignments.
• Provide training, support and change‑management activities to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central tracks on large, multi‑country SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into system design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
