Senior Associate – D365 Technical (Microsoft Dynamics)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Microsoft Dynamics advisory team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering D365 Finance & Operations and legacy AX solutions, helping clients optimise their business processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements for finance, production, and customer service modules.
• Prepare detailed technical design documents and solution architecture.
• Deploy projects using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps, including Azure Blob storage and Logic/Function Apps.
• Develop functional extensions, forms, workflows, and reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Dynamic AX).
• Support proposal development, statement of work creation and effort/cost estimation.
• Provide system administration, data entity management and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of finance and production operations.
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations, AX2009/AX2012 and X++ development.
• Understanding of solution architecture and Azure cloud services.
• Ability to work with Excel add‑ins and data entities.
