Senior Associate – Conversational AI Developer (GE4CX)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate who will design, develop and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions on the Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) platform to enhance customer experience for enterprise clients. The role sits within the Advisory practice in Bangalore and works closely with CX, IT and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch multi‑turn, multimodal conversational AI workflows using Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) models.
• Develop and optimise intents, entities, playbooks, prompts, fulfillment logic and conversation flows for enterprise CX scenarios.
• Configure and enhance Agent Assist capabilities, including knowledge recommendation and real‑time assistance.
• Integrate Contact Center AI (CCAI) components with existing enterprise systems and ensure seamless end‑to‑end CX delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, monitor performance and continuously improve AI‑powered customer engagement tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience building conversational AI solutions on Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise in multi‑turn, multimodal AI workflow design and Contact Center AI integration.
• Strong ability to work with CX, IT and operations stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
• Senior‑level analytical and problem‑solving skills.
