Senior Associate – Business Analyst (Financial Services GCC)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate – Business Analyst to work with Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Bangalore. The role combines strategy consulting, operating‑model design and technology‑driven transformation for banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support GCC strategy formulation, including scope definition, maturity assessment and growth road‑maps.
• Design target operating models for FS GCCs covering business, operations, risk, finance and technology functions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to benchmark, optimise costs and processes.
• Assist in establishing transformation centres of excellence and driving AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Contribute to organisation design, change management and value‑realisation activities.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles within Financial Services GCCs.
• Post‑graduate degree, preferably an MBA in Strategy, Operations, Finance or Technology Management.
• Proven ability to work on strategy formulation, operating‑model design and technology‑focused projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑service mindset.
