About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to support our growing corporate practice, focusing on commercial transactions such as private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SSAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.
- Advise clients on capital raises, acquisitions, and related corporate matters.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid legal knowledge of corporate transactions.
