Senior Applied Value Engineer – Hi‑Tech

About the role

As a Senior Applied Value Engineer you will work with Celonis’ most strategic customers, understand their AI strategy and business challenges, and build innovative solutions that combine Process Intelligence with leading AI technologies. You will prototype, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption to expand Celonis’ footprint.

Key responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Solutioning – translate customer requirements into AI‑enabled solutions that leverage Celonis’ Process Intelligence platform.
• Identify & Frame Value – create high‑impact use cases, demos and business cases, and lead value assessments or proof‑of‑value projects for C‑level stakeholders.
• Realize Value – facilitate workshops, identify process improvement opportunities, and present realized business impact to senior management.
• Scale Value – manage the end‑to‑end customer value journey, drive adoption, expansion and renewal, and provide feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years in analytical or solution‑consulting roles, delivering business value through data analysis, process improvement and software deployment.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and implementing RPA, BI tools, dashboards or action flows.
• Proven ability to manage projects, engage senior executives and communicate roadmaps and results in English.
