About the role

Are you up to the challenge of working directly with the Executive leadership of a US NASDAQ company on developing and organizing the financial strategy for different lines of business? At Altisource we build world‑class technologies and services for the mortgage and real estate industry.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee processing of mortgage applications, manage documentation, verify information, calculate income & credit, and ensure timely completion of all steps.
• Stay updated with federal and state regulations, ensuring all closing and processing activities meet legal requirements such as TRID and RESPA.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, lenders, and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolving issues during the closing process.
• Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance before finalizing transactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve mortgage closing and processing workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing turnaround times.

Required profile

• Graduate in any stream.
• Flexible to work in rotational/night shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high focus on detail.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity while multitasking under deadlines.
• 2‑4 years of experience interested in US mortgage loan processing.
