Senior Analyst - HR Operations

About the role

Accelya is seeking a Senior Analyst – HR Operations to act as the primary HR generalist for its regional markets. You will advise employees and managers on policies, employment law and people processes while ensuring compliance and smooth HR lifecycle events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR point‑of‑contact for employees and managers across assigned regions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, local employment legislation and people processes.
• Manage employee‑relations cases including performance, disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, job changes, probation reviews and off‑boarding for regional staff.
• Utilise Workday HCM AI features and Workday People Analytics to monitor workforce metrics and attrition trends.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local employment law and ensure HR documentation complies.
• Leverage generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to localise policies, draft ER documentation and support cross‑cultural communication.
• Support regional talent processes such as performance cycles, development planning and engagement surveys.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with employee‑relations case management in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law in the relevant regional jurisdictions.
• Experience with Workday HCM or a comparable HRIS.
• Ability to build credible relationships across diverse cultures.
• Excellent written communication for HR documentation and cross‑cultural guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business or related field; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred.
