About the role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead financial planning and analysis for our Africa‑facing FMCG/manufacturing business. The role combines FP&A, month‑end close, costing and internal audit responsibilities, supporting operations across Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

Drive FP&A processes, including budgets, rolling forecasts and management information systems that influence business decisions.
Lead end‑to‑end book closure, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting without fire‑drills.
Own costing activities such as standard cost setting, bill‑of‑materials maintenance and variance analysis.
Conduct internal audits and maintain robust financial controls.
Review financial statements and translate variance analysis into actionable business insights.

Required profile

Chartered Accountant with 1.5–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a factory environment.
Comfortable working with Excel, SAP, Power BI and SQL or similar BI tools.
