Senior Analyst – Enterprise Platforms

About the role

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Enterprise Platforms team in Hyderabad. The role combines technical analysis with stakeholder collaboration to support platform development, deployment, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical data to support decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports and presentations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to identify technical requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, perform risk assessments and coordinate upgrades or new system implementations.
• Provide ongoing support, diagnose and resolve system issues, bugs, and malfunctions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a technical analyst or similar role in a technology‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
