Senior Analyst, AFS Operations

About the role

Join Altisource’s executive leadership team to help shape the financial strategy for multiple business lines within the US mortgage sector. You will work directly with senior leaders of a NASDAQ‑listed company, gaining exposure to high‑impact operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact US utility companies to activate or shut off services as required.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather documentation needed for utility activations.
• Track and pay monthly utility bills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle deposits for utility services and process refunds when services are deactivated.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (essential).
• Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Capacity to maintain accuracy and productivity while multitasking under deadlines.
• 0‑5 years of experience; freshers with good communication and interest in US mortgage processes are welcome.
• Previous experience in mortgage services is a plus.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
