Senior Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the Senior Director of the Supply Chain Planning Technology team at Nike's India Technology Center in Bengaluru. This position works in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment and collaborates with cross‑functional groups such as HR, Communications, Social & Community Impact, and Workplace Design.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior leadership.
• Organize events, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Onboard new teammates and leaders, ensuring a smooth first‑day experience.
• Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and support budget and financial processes.
• Maintain office equipment, supplies, and overall workplace environment.

Required profile

• Based in Bengaluru, India and open to occasional work outside core business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of administrative experience in a corporate or fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management.
