Senior Accountant – Finance & Compliance

About the role

ADITI FOODS is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee its full spectrum of accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts, verify and record all financial transactions in ERP/Tally.
• Process purchase invoices, vendor payments and reconcile vendor statements.
• Generate customer invoices, monitor receivables, and prepare aging reports.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage cash flow and petty‑cash records.
• Ensure GST compliance, prepare and file GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, GSTR‑9 and handle related queries.
• Manage TDS deductions, deposits, and file Forms 24Q and 26Q.
• Verify salary sheets, pass payroll accounting entries and reconcile payroll expenses.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash‑flow and fund‑flow statements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance for GST and TDS in India.
• Ability to work with ERP/Tally and manage bank & cash operations.
