About the role
The Security Supervisor will manage daily security operations in a steel trading environment, overseeing a guard team and enforcing strict access control for heavy machinery and valuable inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Manage access control points and gate passes for personnel and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols.
- Prevent loss and theft by overseeing asset protection measures.
- Prepare incident reports and coordinate with law‑enforcement agencies when needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in steel trading or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and train security staff.
- Ability to handle emergency situations such as fire or unauthorized entry.
Required skills
- Access control system operation.
- CCTV monitoring and surveillance.
