About the role
The Security cum Safety Officer protects physical assets, manages security operations, and enforces workplace health, safety, and environment (EHS) compliance for a steel manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 site security, access control and asset protection.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety patrols, audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in security and/or safety roles, preferably in industrial settings.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and ability to enforce compliance.
