Security Officer – Site Operations Lead

About the role

The Security Officer will act as the operational lead at client sites, ensuring that all security procedures are followed and that guard personnel deliver consistent, high‑quality service. This position bridges field operations with client expectations, requiring strong leadership and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor all security operations at the designated site, acting as second‑in‑command or site head.
• Supervise Security Supervisors and Guards, conduct daily muster, uniform inspections, and address absenteeism or disciplinary issues.
• Serve as the primary client contact, hold regular meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee access control, patrolling, visitor management, asset protection, and surveillance systems in line with SOPs.
• Respond promptly to incidents such as theft, fire, medical emergencies, and coordinate evacuation protocols.
• Maintain daily logs, occurrence reports, visitor data, and prepare weekly performance summaries.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, drills, and ensure compliance with grooming and discipline standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 4‑8 years of security industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer role.
• Background in defence, police, or paramilitary is preferred.
• Age 28‑50 years (flexible for ex‑servicemen) and minimum height 170 cm.
