Security Guard – Full‑time, 12‑hour Shifts

About the role

We are looking for disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to protect premises, personnel, visitors and assets for one of our Weekday clients. The role involves 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to two years of security experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard assigned premises, property and assets.
• Control entry and exit of visitors, employees and vehicles, maintaining accurate logs.
• Verify identification and authorize access according to security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and security rounds throughout the designated area.
• Observe, report and respond to suspicious activities, safety hazards or security breaches.
• Open and close gates as per operational schedules and security requirements.
• Assist in crowd management and access control during peak periods.
• Coordinate with management and other staff to ensure a secure environment.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 8th or 10th pass.
• Basic ability to read, write and speak English or the local language.
• Good observation, monitoring skills and physical fitness for extended standing, walking and patrolling.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, punctual, dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Calm and professional demeanor during emergencies.
