Security Bodyguard & Driver (VIP Protection)

About the role

The Security Bodyguard cum Driver provides close protection to VIP clients while safely operating their vehicle. This dual‑role demands high situational awareness, defensive driving expertise, and strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide close physical protection to designated VIPs during travel, public appearances, and at residences or workplaces.
• Conduct route surveys, risk assessments, and coordinate contingency plans.
• Operate assigned sedan, SUV or armored vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and VIP protocols.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks, keep the vehicle clean, fueled and road‑worthy.
• React promptly to attacks, medical emergencies or road incidents, evacuate the principal and alert authorities.
• Administer basic first aid or coordinate emergency medical evacuation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client schedules, locations and personal matters.
• Secure the vehicle when parked, monitor surroundings during halts and report suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); valid LMV driving licence.
• 3‑7 years of accident‑free driving experience and personal security or VIP driving roles.
• Prior experience as a bodyguard, ex‑serviceman or PSO is preferred.
• Age 28‑50 years, minimum height 5’8” (172 cm), physically fit and alert.
