About the role
Google’s Enterprise Security Operations (ESO) team is looking for a Security Analyst to help protect its global infrastructure. The role involves conducting security reviews, assessing cyber threats, and improving security processes through automation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct security reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Apply security judgment to approve, deny, or escalate requests based on risk and policy alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business units to provide security guidance.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Google’s internal security frameworks, controls, and policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing cyber threats and performing security or risk analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.
