Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Security Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves safeguarding premises, monitoring access points, and supporting executive and facility protection initiatives. You will work full‑time on‑site, collaborating closely with supervisors and fellow security staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits and sensitive zones to ensure only authorized personnel gain access.
• Conduct regular patrols of corporate, residential or industrial areas and report any irregularities.
• Respond promptly to suspicious activities, incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports and security documentation.
• Assist visitors by providing clear information, directions and customer service.
• Support executive protection and integrated facility management tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in physical or private security, preferably in corporate, residential or industrial settings.
• Strong observation, documentation and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and customer‑service skills for interacting with clients and visitors.
• Awareness of emergency response, incident reporting and basic risk mitigation practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
