Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

The SEO Executive will support the implementation of effective SEO strategies to boost the company’s online visibility. Working closely with the SEO Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will lead both in‑house and freelance resources to deliver on‑page and off‑page optimisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of staff and freelancers to execute comprehensive SEO projects, including content strategy, link building and keyword planning.
• Develop innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with set targets.
• Manage search engine programmes such as XML sitemaps, shopping feeds and webmaster tools, providing diagnostic reports for client projects.
• Utilise SEO tools like SEMRush and Ubersuggest, and maintain expertise in Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• Generate competitor advertising link reports and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with development teams, applying knowledge of WordPress, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript for site optimisation.
• Produce high‑quality content and copy for blogs, websites, infographics, videos and social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
