Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high‑quality products within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Ensure teams follow Scrum and Agile practices and values.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report team metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and increase Agile maturity.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Support scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS when applicable.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of total experience, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Graduate degree (any field).
