About the role

The school is seeking an experienced Principal to lead its Pune campuses. The role combines academic vision, operational oversight, and community engagement to ensure high standards of education and student development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary academic leadership aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 initiatives.
• Monitor teaching‑learning processes, assessments, and board exam preparation.
• Ensure full compliance with CBSE affiliation norms, documentation, and inspections.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development for teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes co‑curricular activities, sports, and life‑skills programs.
• Drive admission targets, student enrolment growth, and parent‑school relationships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, infrastructure utilization, transport, safety, and MIS reporting.
• Engage with parents, stakeholders, and external educational forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school leadership or principal role, preferably in a CBSE‑affiliated institution.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines, NEP 2020, and school governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and school operations.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and external partners.
• Track record of improving academic outcomes and driving admission growth.
