SCCM Administrator II – Endpoint Management

About the role

The SCCM Administrator II will lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions across a global environment. You will work closely with consultants and client teams to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant endpoint services.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM/MECM hierarchies, WSUS integration, and co‑management with Intune.
• Plan and execute Windows 10 servicing, in‑place upgrades, and OS deployments using MDT, Autopilot, and PXE boot.
• Implement and manage Azure AD, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security, Windows Defender ATP, BitLocker, and mobile device management via Intune.
• Provide technical guidance on hybrid SCCM‑Intune solutions, recommend best‑practice configurations, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with other consultants to design solutions that align with client business needs and SLA requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience managing SCCM/MECM environments at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Azure AD.
• Ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
