Scaffolding Technician – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Scaffolding Technician to join our construction team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for assembling, erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems in accordance with project drawings, engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures on large‑scale construction sites.
• Inspect scaffolding components and completed assemblies for compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify hazards, report unsafe conditions and ensure adherence to site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other trades to plan access solutions and work sequences.
• Maintain tools, equipment and complete required checklists and documentation.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings and mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling.
• Training and experience in Working at Height and safe use of ladders, platforms and access systems.
• Knowledge of Confined Space entry procedures, permits and emergency readiness.
• Possession of CSCS or equivalent construction safety certification.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather and site conditions.

• Fall Protection systems – harnesses, lifelines, anchor points.
