SAP Solution Architect – Manager (GIST)

About the role

EY’s Global Delivery Services team is looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect – Manager to lead bid and delivery solutioning for SAP S/4 HANA projects across multiple functional workstreams. You will work with diverse, globally‑connected teams to design innovative solutions that meet client requirements and support EY’s growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and industry contexts to maintain credibility with prospective customers.
• Support RFx completion and provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope solutions, explain business benefits and define roadmaps.
• Create innovative solution designs leveraging EY’s extensive service offerings.
• Interpret client RFP/RFI documents, build concise synopses and articulate the customer ask.
• Participate in meetings with delivery managers, account managers, client partners and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 7‑11 years of experience in SAP delivery and business development, including at least 2 years of bid management.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and experience across multiple functional workstreams (e.g., EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, Customer, IBP).
• Hands‑on experience working with onsite teams in both business development and delivery contexts.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
