SAP S/4 FI Lead Consultant

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 FI Lead Consultant to drive finance transformation initiatives in Bengaluru. You will own end‑to‑end configuration, integration and optimisation of SAP FI, FSCM and Asset Accounting modules.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP FI components – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform customising for SAP FI and CO, including ledgers, document splitting and payment processes.
• Set up DMEE file formats and manage advanced credit, dispute and collections management.
• Implement and optimise FSCM processes to enhance cash flow and working‑capital management.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and finance teams to integrate financial processes.
• Conduct testing, validation and end‑user training for FI and FSCM configurations.
• Configure Asset Accounting (AA), customise asset classes, depreciation areas and ensure accurate valuation.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems to SAP using LTMC, ensuring data integrity.
• Stay current with SAP enhancements, best practices and communicate requirements with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 successful S/4 HANA implementations or roll‑outs.
• Minimum 10 years SAP FI experience, 4 years FSCM, and 3 years Asset Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
