About the role
We are looking for a seasoned SAP PM & Cross‑Product Manager to lead developer and support teams in Hyderabad. The role focuses on orchestrating cross‑team and cross‑product initiatives within our Plant Maintenance Solutions business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead developer and service‑support teams, building on at least two prior leadership positions.
- Coordinate and manage cross‑team, cross‑product activities in complex business environments.
- Drive the implementation and evolution of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
- Oversee SAP S/4 and SAP Fiori development, ensuring alignment with the latest standards.
- Promote agile transformation using Kanban, Scrum and related tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from manufacturing, quality or warehouse management as needed.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of two senior roles.
- Broad knowledge of SAP PM business processes and familiarity with SAP S/4 standards.
- Understanding of manufacturing, quality or warehouse management domains.
- Strong communication, innovative mindset and high customer orientation.
- Servant‑leadership attitude and entrepreneurial thinking.
