SAP Plant Maintenance & Customer Service Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) Functional Architect to lead end‑to‑end design, implementation and support of service and maintenance processes for our SAP S/4 HANA environment. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of SAP PM/CS projects, from requirements gathering to go‑live support.
• Design scalable solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Document business processes and translate them into SAP configurations.
• Provide post‑implementation support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Consult customers on best‑practice usage of SAP PM/CS modules.
• Implement changes through parameterization or custom development based on change requests.
• Perform quality checks before delivering solutions to requestors.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
• B.Tech, MTech, MBA or equivalent technical/engineering qualification.
• High customer focus with excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Positive team attitude and ability to work autonomously.
