SAP HCM & Payroll Manager – Advisory (Gurgaon)

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Manager to join its Advisory practice in Gurgaon. You will lead large‑scale HR transformation projects, guiding clients through the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end SAP HCM and Payroll consulting for multi‑country, multi‑location implementations.
• Act as Solution Architect for large transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a delivery team of 20+ resources, overseeing project delivery, quality and timelines.
• Drive pre‑sales activities, develop solution proposals and support business development initiatives.
• Manage a sizeable portfolio of HR technology projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong HR domain knowledge with a focus on payroll processes.
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on large SAP HCM/Payroll transformations, preferably across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to lead and manage sizable delivery teams.
• Experience in practice management, including pre‑sales, delivery and team leadership.
• Relevant SAP certifications (SF/SAP) are a plus.
