SAP FSCM Consultant – Credit, Collections & Dispute Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The consultant will lead the design, configuration and implementation of Credit, Collections and Dispute Management solutions within SAP S/4HANA, supporting end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for FSCM modules.
• Configure and implement Credit Management (scoring, risk classes, exposure control), Collections Management (worklists, strategies) and Dispute Management processes.
• Integrate FSCM with FI (Accounts Receivable) and SD modules and maintain Business Partner master data.
• Participate in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects, including data migration, reconciliation and cut‑over activities.
• Support testing cycles (unit, system, user acceptance), resolve issues and provide hyper‑care support post‑go‑live.
• Prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure compliance with financial risk and credit policies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute) in an S/4HANA environment.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and integration with FI and SD.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle implementation or migration projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with business users.
