SAP FI-AR & FSCM Consultant (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant specialized in Financial Accounting (FI) with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (FI‑AR) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The role is based at BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad and will support the design, configuration and maintenance of end‑to‑end finance and credit processes in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support FI‑AR and FSCM Credit Management processes, including credit risk assessment, limit management and scoring.
• Customize credit segments, business partners and risk classes to meet business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between FI‑AR, FI‑SD, FI‑MM and logistics modules, handling financial postings triggered by sales and material movements.
• Debug functional issues using ABAP, IDOCs, Web Services and APIs, and support middleware integrations such as SAP CPI.
• Maintain forms and output management using SAP Scripts, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
• Provide impact analysis for system upgrades and support the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP FI‑AR/FSCM consultant in complex landscapes.
• Deep understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and cross‑module dependencies.
• Hands‑on experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
