SAP Business Analyst

About the role

Vinmar International is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to lead SAP SD Order-to-Cash initiatives across global operations. The role involves managing multiple SAP and non‑SAP projects, supporting users worldwide, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee SAP, SAP Business One, and non‑SAP projects as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash SME.
• Support global users via the KACE/Freshservice ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables using project‑management best practices.
• Document current processes, assess gaps, design future‑state solutions, and drive implementation through testing and training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely, high‑quality configurations and developments.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, documentation, and presentations.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 8–10 years of SAP functional experience, including at least two full‑cycle SAP implementations (one S/4HANA).
• Proven ability to manage scope, issues, and quality while delivering projects on budget and schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent English and Hindi communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work afternoon shifts supporting India, the US, and Europe.

Required skills

• SAP SD Order-to-Cash configuration and integration with FICO, MM, and SAP PI/PO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation (preferred).
• KACE/Freshservice ticketing system.
• Agile methodology understanding.
