SAP Bid Manager – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

About the role

The SAP Bid Manager will lead end‑to‑end bid and proposal activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Working from Bengaluru, you will collaborate with sales, solution architects, functional and technical SMEs, finance and leadership to deliver compelling proposals and ensure a smooth transition to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, planning and proposal governance.
• Develop solution propositions, win themes, value propositions and differentiators.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA solutioning across functional, technical, integration, data, BTP, Fiori, AI and cloud areas.
• Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, deliverables and RACI.
• Estimate effort, plan resources, set project timelines, price proposals and prepare commercial offers.
• Prepare executive summary, solution approach, architecture, methodology, project plan, governance and commercial sections.
• Drive bid reviews, compliance checks, leadership approvals and final submission.
• Support customer workshops, presentations, solution discussions and negotiations.

Required profile

• 10–18+ years of SAP/IT experience, preferably with large‑scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across technology and business teams.
