Sales Trainer – Finance Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join a leading multinational finance company. The role involves designing and delivering training programs for new and existing sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the training curriculum and instructional practices.
• Conduct morning briefings and point‑of‑sale visits to communicate product and process updates.
• Deliver instructor‑led training (ILT) batches for newly hired sales staff.
• Enhance training effectiveness by creating new approaches, providing timely support, and integrating support into daily workflows.
• Assist sales managers in expanding distribution networks.
• Observe sales interactions, analyze performance reports, and collaborate with area/district sales managers.
• Track and improve key performance indicators such as attrition, risk, and other benchmarks.
• Lead succession planning to build a pipeline of future sales leaders.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong personality with good communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO, banking, soft‑skill training, or a related field.
